Received a call from this organization stating that they had a plaque award ready for a business award I had already received, and that I just needed to call to confirm details. They took my credit card information and sent me a 'receipt'. Once I realized that the sizes they said were different than the ones sent out by the original company, I tried to call them back and they sent me to automatic voicemail three times. Using a different number, I got them to answer the phone again, where they insisted that they were a legitimate operation. No verification was ever sent to me that they 'cancelled' the order, which means that they might just try to use my card number to buy themselves something nice. These individuals need to be apprehended immediately as they are not even registered as an LLC in the state of Maryland so are illegally taking money without even doing taxes for them.
