We got a phone call on November 9, 2020 from John Rego who represented Top Rated Logistics group. He offered to help us rent out our unused Extra Vacations Getaways to companies who would use the weeks for business travel. We would get $1800 for each of up to 6 weeks we rent per year for a total of $10,800. All we need to do is give them $2394 ($399 times 6 weeks) so they can advertise our timeshare as available to rent. He said it usually takes 60-90 days to get the rental weeks booked and they guarantee by 180 days we would rent the 6 weeks at a total profit of $8406. We paid the $2394 at that time by credit card, and have not received any rental income from Top Rated Logistics. They have sent us "offers" of rental by email where we have to check specific availability of a timeshare week at a certain resort for a certain date. When this request is not available through our timeshare company, then the rental offer does not go through. No money for us. We have gotten no response when calling John Rego, and when we call Top Rated Logistics they say to keep waiting. We have been scammed!
