Referred on line in neighborhood FB page via All Services (see complaint about All Services Scam). Bill Tyler took $3000 and left me with a half-finished basement. when he did bother to show up it was on average between 1.75 and 3.25 hours. His work was slow and shoddy and the no-shows and the excuses were incredible. He failed to return to the job as of August 18th and I've had to clean up the mess he left behind so that a new contractor wouldn't charge me for the clean up. He not only wasted $3,000, but also 3 months of my time! I am taking him to small claims, but doubtful will be able to collect. I came to find out he has several other customers he's scammed out of money and his partner was even profiled on the local news "Hall of Shame" Do not give this man a dime of your money. He has recently removed his company FB page where his reviews were less than stellar (but I've made copies for the court date). All in all, he took money from me and did not complete the job - he has taken money from others and has not even started their jobs. Steer clear of Bill Tyler of Top Shelf Construction & Remodeling.
