The Top Shihtzu Family USA is scammers ! I have sent 1150$ for the puppy, same scenario, “the shipping company” which is himself emailed that the puppy needs heated crate ( it was written due to the winter , but it is summer ...) , when I said I won’t pay money and to return my money, they blocked me , the number he was sending me texts is : +1(405)2409571 , his name was DERRICK JOHNSON (might be not real) , just please be careful and NEVER SEND THEM MONEY !

The people at topshihtzufamilyusa.com are scammers. I just sent them $800 for Mama and never heard back. I'm speechless!
Here is the number on the email (401) 307 - 2586, and the email address [email protected]
He will keep telling you he's registering the puppy until your money clears. I requested a refund several times and finally called the police.

This website looks real I wouldn't know it wasn't they sent me pictures of the puppy and a video I sent them detailed email everything seemed legit, but when the shipping was about to happened the so called shipping company called and asking for more money for the crate I said no I am not giving you another dime, when I contacted the seller he said no don't give them any money, then maybe 20 minutes later he said its because of covid and the puppy is only 10 weeks old and needs a heated crate I said I don't have that kind of money to give you 1100-3300 they are unbelievable so I haven't heard back and they took my money
