ScamPulse.com warns this company is potentially believed to be out of business, but as my experience and those of others shows, they are taking orders. I ordered 2 laptops 15 days ago with a promised receipt date of 3-6 days. When repeatedly emailing from the 7th day onward, was given deceitful status updates (it's pending, it's being expedited, it's shipped). All the while nothing more was done than generate a USPS label that was never used, as USPS tracking still shows it awaiting the item from the shipper, THREE DAYS after the label was created. My last email to the vendor asking where it was (and showing a screenshot of the USPS tracking status) was yesterday, and I have not heard back from them since. AVOID at all costs.

They said they were a wholesale computer company. I bought a laptop on 2-12-2020 and about a week ago I asked for my money back because I never received it and they Blocked me from their website. They are scammers and fraudulent.

I bought laptop from Top Tech Electronics for $150 on 02/05/2020. The exact order was:

Dell Latitude D630 Laptop Intel Core 2 Duo 2.20Ghz 4GB RAM 500GB HDD × 1

It was finally shipped on 02/12/2020. I received it on 02/14/2020.

The laptop had no original packaging, just a priority mail box.

My estimate - it is 8-10 years old. It's key board has F01 - F12 keys that was present on 32 bit computers.

and a sticker for Windows Vista.

Laptop had a Windows 10 installed without a key on top of what it originally had.

I had only a day to examine it as it shot down without keys.

I emailed several times asking replace this laptop or refund me. But got no response so far.

Well the laptop that I actually bought was simply stolen by this company!

Online Google search for laptops brought up several choices. The one I chose was top tech due to 2-6day shipping. Never heard from them for 10 days. Sent email that was replied to telling me my order was ready but on hold and would be expeidted. Shipping label with tracking was created but thats it. Nothing is ever shipped. And another person left review on ScamPulse.com saying same THING. it's a sham buisness!! Don't lose your money!!
