Our company received a Sales ID/Bill/Invoice (Whatever they want to call it) for cleaning supplies for $994.49. We were involved in a similar scam before and got scammed out of several thousand dollars before we caught on. I called and the person that answered the phone said it was not an invoice but just a quote. I said so this is a "SCAM" and he said no just a quote and hung up on me. These type businesses should be closed down and not allowed to scam businesses out of their hard-earned money.

The owners of our company are 80+ years of age. This invoice arrived in the mail. We asked the managers & foremen if they ordered anything from this company. When finding out no one ordered it, nor had they heard of this company, we looked on-line and found it to be reported as a scam by other companies.

This invoice arrived in the mail. Everyone at the company was asked if they ordered it by the AP person. When finding out no one ordered it we looked on line and found it to be reported as a scam by other companies.

Our company received two invoices from Top Tier in the mail. The invoices came a couple days apart. The invoices look valid.

We contacted the company to find out who placed the order and the person who answered the phone stated the invoice was sent to us as an advertisement no one ordered the material? Our company uses a purchase order system my next question was going to ask for a PO#. I searched the internet after my conversation and found several people have had the same issue as us.

TOP TIER CHEMICAL is sending invoices to companies hoping to get paid for items that were never ordered.

The phone number on the invoice goes to voice mail. The website on the invoice is different when you do a google search.

This company needs to be fined for sending out false invoices.

We received an invoice from Top Tier Chemicals totaling $993.89. The product was multi purpose concentrate cleaner and degreaser pail. My company has NEVER done business with this entity so this was a total surprise. After researching, I found we are not the only business being billed for the same product and for the same amount. When trying to call the phone number to question, surprisingly it is NO longer in service. WOW! SCAMMERS
