This woman claimed to work for a company called Genesis Lash. I tried to call and confirm my appt and she ignored me even until the day of my appt. She finally contacted me saying that her son was using her phone and I asked for a refund and canceled my appt. Now she works at Top Tier Lash and canceled my appt because she was working under a different company name. She argued with me over text and was extremely unprofessional.
