Made an online purchase from top o trends and never received it. They have ignored my emails and have not given me a refund nor the order I placed! Think they are a huge scam and they are taking advantage of people placing orders from their company! Really want to do something about it! Thank you!

I ordered and paid for two {2] beds for my kittys AUGUST 2020, For some reason when I called, they canceled the 1st order, put in re-ordered to shipping and scheduled a new ship date of mid Dec2020. As of this date 4-5-2021 no product. i have called several times and was promised shippment. Never happened, Now when I call I can never get a person. Also I have emailed several times but the responses seem to be pre-programed. I really wanted the pet beds but I don't think there are any pet beds, they just take you money. I have since canelled my credit card and will be more diligent with on line purchasing.

This company is awful. I find their ethics to be criminal. First your credit card is charged before you're able to review your order. Once ?????????? is reviewable the price charged is not the price advertised, it's almost double. When you cancel order you never receive your refund! I would give them a 0 star if that option was available ******* *

do not order from this company. they charge you right away for your purchase and the website says allow 14 to 30 days for delivery. its been 65 days and still no product. Also says free shipping. they tried to charge shipping but when i complained, the took off the shipping charge. they also charged my account 30 days after purchase and said i selected V.I.P where they charge you $28 every 30 days (i did no such thing) . Talked to supervisor today who assured me my package will be delivered by may 7th. they say the reason for the delay is that its coming out of china and due to covid 19 things are delayed. well, When i checked BBB, they have complaints from March of 2019 about then same things. worst company i ever dealt with.
