The business website is Topfloorsaint.com and the social media profile is instagram.com/topfloorsaintt . Their social media has over 83k followers and the owner is a well known streamer. My family member thought the brand was safe to order from. The order was place in March 2024. The was a tracking number produced with the USPS, however the label was simply created and never shipped nor was information provided to USPS. My family member has been reaching out to this business and its owner via email and in instagram messages. There has been no reply. They were unable to attain a refund to their item.

I was asked by my family member to research how they could get their product or get their money back. After looking into this business, I was unable to locate any formal information. I can not find any state registration or any information about the owner anywhere online.
