Sent target a flier about foreclosure prevention and then sent documents to speak with the target's bank and an "application" to see if he qualified for help. They claimed to have reached an agreement with the lender to adjust monthly payments which he sent to them. They have multiple websites that provide a number to their "central office" but no address or employee information of who works there. Two males were communicating with target when his son intervened with suspicions of a scam. Both males were very vague about the "company" giving multiple company names and only giving the address of a UPS store when trying to verify the legitimacy of the company. Other company names they gave were "Trust Hold Partners" and "Central Liberty Group".
