Tracking number given TOPHD001284125YQ. Which never past thru customs per email from Customer service?
I had no clue it was coming from China ( emails had Chinese font too).
I sent emails is on weekly basis and got the same excuse stuck at customs. Asked for a refund and Customer service said too late.
As of 5/2/2021 no package received including the two Cheese board, instead I received 2 Mruier Watches? Didn't order these but after reviewing and seen this is a Scam. Luckily only lost $40. But they need to be shut down.
