I purchased an item from the business Topicgirl.com online February 9, i haven't received notification, tracking or heard back after 3 attempts to make outreach to the le said company. I have provided them with receipts attachments and order number TPG 103874. To better assist them in tracking and haven't had any luck with getting response. I lost $30.94.

First off it took two weeks and a couple emails before I got an email saying my package was shipped. As I’m tracking the package on the website it said my package was undeliverable because an invalid address. (I gave the company the correct address). The company gave me the wrong information at first, they said check with the USPS even gave me the number to call I did. USPS said the company is a scam. They then told me no check with uniuin. By the time they gave me that information they had already sent the package back to the company . After giving me the incorrect information, and I’ve never received my package and them getting it back. They won’t refund me.

On the website it says items ship out in 5-10 business days, I contacted them after 10 business days and their emails were sketchy. After a second email a week or so later asking for a refund or my tracking information, they sent an email with a tracking number from a sketchy website saying the label was created on the date of purchase but no other tracking information. It's been almost a full month at this point.
