This Facebook ad made the sale of crab legs look legit from a Maine Lobster company. However I never got my order, contested on credit card but vendor claim they were shipped from China and delivered and signed for. Now my credit card company wants to reinstate the charges.

Attempted to purchase frozen seafood that was to be shipped from Maine via "FedEx 1-3 days." When the shipping info came out, it was shipped from CHINA and not via Fed Ex....and I never received anything. The tracking info (which is all in Chinese - see below) shows many stops and ends...still in China on 11/9/23. THEN, in the wee hours of the morning on 11/17/23, that same credit card was breached and many fraudulent charges were attempted. Thankfully, our credit card company spotted it and notified us immediately. I know for a fact it was this same company, as we haven't used that card for anything out of the ordinary lately. We also have not scanned that card in person in many months, so there's no way it could have been picked up by a skimmer.

I placed an order with Top Maine Lobster - topmainelobster.com, for crab legs. Upon further research, I discovered that this company is fraudulent, guising as selling and shipping frozen seafood all over the United States, based out of Saco, Maine. My order number was 2023102915392894 placed on 10/29/23. I called the ScamPulse.com who told me that this is a fraudulent company out of Chong Quing, China. My bank card was charged $49.85 and I called the bank and had my card shut down and filed a complaint, as I want my money back. This company is guising as a company called Maine Lobster Now in Portland, Maine. The owner of the real store is Julian Klenda. 207-799-8222. Top Maine Lobster stole their photos and designed their website to look exactly like Maine Lobster Now. The real company is aware of this, as I spoke to a Samantha twice today from Maine Lobster Now in Portland, Maine. The fraudulent site: topmainelobster.com, needs to be SHUT DOWN IMMEDIATELY and I want a FULL refund for $49.85. I have also reported this to the Attorney General's Office of CT.

The top main lobster website shows many different lobster and seafood you can buy at a reduced price and have shipped to you by FedEx. By the time I realized it was a scam it was too late and I already paid them.. I ended up paying almost $40 for the lobster and then realized it was a scam. I am just trying to warn others so they don't fall underneath the same trap as I did.

Company website claims to be located in Maine. Family business, etc. I knew the price for crab legs was too good to be true; however, I purchased. I have been tracking the order. The product is being shipped from China. Totally fake advertising. Not sure I'll ever get the product. If I do, not sure I want to eat them. Thanks.
