Wanted to purchase a puppy for my wife, found this website with discounted price, contacted them and then sent them the funds using Zelle, then when they were supposed to ship the puppy the shipping company wanted a large deposit for a special crate because some new COVID-19 regulations when shipping pets, the deposit would be refunded in CASH upon delivery, it sounded strange, I did some research on the puppy website and I saw the complains, should have done the research before sending any money. I’m hoping that I can recover the funds that I sent.
