I was approached about resume improvement after I’d applied on a website for a new position. I paid for a 2 day turn around and gave specific instruction on what I want improved. Received a draft late with virtually no changes made: I gave a draft back and the writer never got back to me. Live contacted support multiple times on multiple platforms with no response. It’s complete fraud.
