Ordered 5 bottles of scotch online from TopshelfWineAndSpirits.com. Received no shipping updates, emailed them at [email protected] after 9 days for update. They said sorry, one bottle is out of stock preventing us from shipping. I said refund that bottle and ship the rest. They acknowledged and a UPS shipping label was created. 22 days later it was still not shipped. I emailed them again, this time a different bottle was out of stock. I said refund my whole order. They said sure but we charge a 10% cancellation fee. I told them I no longer believed them to be a legitimate business and they promised to refund the whole thing.
