Unauthorized Charges: Despite my cancellation, I later discovered that my subscription had not been canceled as I believed, and TopstepX reinstalled the subscription without my consent. This resulted in unauthorized charges to my payment method.
Blocked Trading Access: In addition to this, my trading account was blocked without prior notice, further complicating my experience and limiting my ability to access my funds.
Customer Support Response: When I reached out to their customer support to address these issues, I was informed that no actions could be taken regarding my cancellation request. Their response indicated that I would need to cancel every month, which was not communicated to me initially.
