I purchased an item on https://toptech.shop - the item did not arrive for three weeks, plus it was not at all the item I purchased on the website. I emailed with their Customer Service rep who instructed me to return the item to an address in Oaklahoma. Fortunately, I shipped it using certified mail and the item came back to me with a note that said, "VACANT BUILDING". The company has now told me credit card that they can't refund me because I never returned the item. Top Tech is a scam !

Placed an order over a month ago for a simple kitchen towel and they charged me and still haven’t received my order. Tried communicating with them and they said they could partially refund me but to “rest assured” my order is on its way.
