I contacted them several times. They gave me excuses about coronavirus and the cat bed being lost during shipment.
I called again today. I asked them to refund my money. She said she would send an e-check because she wasn’t able to put it back into my bank account. I’ve never heard of an e-check before. However she assured me it would show up in my e-mail. With instructions on how to cash it.
That phone call was @ 8:10 am this morning; EST. From me to them. From upstate New York.The woman/girl I spoke with had an Asian accent.
Exactly 9:29 am I received a fraud alert from chase Manhattan bank. Telling me they stopped payment for $89.00 from BeyondH*PerfectBuilt. A purchase I never made. I have never had this happen before with my bank account.
I now have to contact each of my creditors and switch the direct deposit numbers.
I looked it up online. The company does not even exist.
Can you please help me to get my $41.00 back?! As well as report THIER bank scam. It’s more money and time consuming. Quite frankly it scares me!
