Darby Kyle hired me prior to rolling into CO after a 2014 hail storm. Offered up the red carpet.....provided a company vehicle but no gas card. Promised 40% commission on profit and gave me appr. 6500 in draws the first two months. Fired me and left town with all my accts collected and paid, owing over $9000 in commissions to me. Subsequently admitted he owed me but wouldn't pay the "c*nt" because I filed a rip off report.

Too bad, so sad! I've received dozens of calls from other employees or attorneys representing former employees, or homeowners suing for substandard materials, harrassment or insurance fraud.

Still Jana Ballast @ 303.725.9112 and Darby Kyle, Topview Roofing, Southcoast Roofing or any other db he may have in OK, TX or CO is A SCAMMER AND FRAUD.
