I have had a serious issue with Toretark. I ordered an item and the charge was on my credit card. They also charged me for another item for $65.18 and there was no order. I have spent many hours trying to get it resolved. They did nothing. Customer service at [email protected] did nothing to help me, just the usual standard crap back and forth. I’m am out the money and I would suggest you DO NOT, DO NOT order anything from them. It’s got to be some kind of scam. It’s very very frustrating to be taken by this company. Look at their website, it’s a lot about “Customer Service “. They need to change their website to “We don’t have good customer service “ Please pass this information along to anyone you know.
