Je cherchais un robot chien que je ne pouvais pas trouver ici au Québec. J'ai étendu ma recherche à l'Ontario et j'ai trouvé mon robot chien. J'ai donc acheté sur leur site Web le chien robotisé qui, par image et description, correspondait vraiment au chien robot ZOOMER de la société Spinmaster que je cherchais au coût de 140 $. Au lieu de cela, ils m'envoient un robot chien de style dollarama qui ne fait pas la moitié de ce qu'il est supposer faire. Et malgré ce qu'ils affichent, il est impossible de retourner le colis à moins que vous ne payiez 170 $ à mes frais pour le retourner. J'ai essayé avec Mastercard d'être remboursé, mais LÉGALEMENT mastercard ne peut rien faire parce que j'ai reçu un robot chien.
