Company on Facebook represents itself as Torrid and a sale online. I paid for items through PayPal. I never received items. I contacted the company customer support by email. They told my the items were delivered to my home address. I used the tracking information and the package was not delivered to my address. I contacted them again and was told the same thing. I demanded a refund and was assured on would be coming in up to 25 business days. Refund nor items have been delivered. I contacted customer service again and told them I would be reporting them to the ScamPulse.com and contacting my lawyer. They again told me my refund would be coming in a few weeks. They have my name, home address, and cell phone number. The original order was placed in May 2024.
