Tortoisemart is a FRAUD and RIP OFF

I ordered a yellowfoot hatchling from Tortoisemart and quickly realized I had just been scammed. First of all, the alleged owner of the site repeatedly texted my number at all hours of the night requesting that I complete my order and submit payment via "Zelle" or CashApp - using different names for each app. When I foolishly agreed to remit payment via CashApp, he suddenly "disappeared." No shipment. No Reply. Vanished. A simply google search will reveal he has ripped off several people. I've also disputed the charge with my credit card company. What a joke. Hope this guy gets what he has coming to him and at a minimum, I hope his fraudulent website is taken down.

It is an online and supposedly bricks and stone business that deals with Reptiles Tortoises and Turtles.

I buy them on line a lot but this store is a scam I already filed a complaint with my bank to get my money back but there are other people shopping with them and getting cheated by them.

There state seems to change 2 right now they say California before Texas someone needs to shut them down. Joseph Smith was the name he gave me [email protected] was the email he used for ZELLE,
