Text message from Toryburch sales directly to me 85% sale. Ordered, paid, received defective damaged counterfeit bag. Emailed numerous times to web site, returned bag with letter inside. Paid extra to UPS store now I’m out $135. My messages were ignored and I provided photos of the shipping label, ups receipt. To date they have various phone numbers that are fake, purchase went thru bank with FARloshop 5631 9072748 Denver, CO and sent to my from 371 Little Falls Road, Suite 4

Judy Cami is a supposed customer support but she asks for numbers which I already provided five months ago. They are jacking customers around with multi phone numbers, addresses, web sites. How can they still text me??? Reported to phone system fraud alert. I want my money back!!!
