I downloaded an app on my cellphone called Total AV Antivirus & VPN. I paid the $9.95 to be able to scan my phone for virus's which I was never able to do. When I called 844-346-6837 to speak with customer service that was when they informed me I paid for ad blocking. I told them that was not what I purchased. But he insisted it was. So I told him to please cancel my subscription which they did but refused to give me back the $9.95 I paid. I never did get to scan my phone for virus.
