Product was shipped and was not temperature control. Also address on website, address on receipt and address it was sent from were all different. Website talks about credentials none of which can be verified. Had to dispute with paypay and ended up having to send the product back at my cost of $60 to cut my losses. SCAM

I am in Western Australia and ordered from this company and received two vials of tirzepatide including syringes and alcohol wipes within one week. It was express posted. It arrived in ice and was still cool after one week even in hot summer weather. Packed extremely well with dosing instructions.

I must adjust after reading these complaints on here (after I ordered) I was worried as the ordering process is unusual but I am pleasantly surprised after it arrived today. Hoping it works just as good as Mounjaro which I’ve been using for a month. My doctor told me about this company and emailed my script directly to them and gave me a QLD phone number to ring.

I think the reason it is so secretive is because big pharma are claiming they own the rights to distribute tirzepatide and semaglutide only. Even though these peptides have been compounded and used for many years. You can google the lawsuits going on by these companies trying to stop all compounding of these peptides. It’s criminal.

Also their website clearly states they connect you to a compounding chemist. So it could be dispatched from a different town and business name to what is on receipts and emails etc.
This is what it says on their website….

Total Compounding Pharmaceuticals is connecting Health practitioners with our 250 national and international compounding pharmacies, Our chain of compounded pharmacies have the most advanced technologies and formulas and managed by professional and experienced compounding pharmacists.

I just want others to know of my experience, I am not affiliated at all, just someone who was worried sick after reading it was a scam. I was ready to fight it through PayPal but no need now!

I work at a doctor's office in Tennessee. We received a flyer from FAX # 650-541-0475 advertising semaglutide and tirzepatide injections for the low cost of $150 or $250 for our patients. I was interested in the injections for myself so I asked my doctor to send a prescription for me. She faxed it at 1:00PM and by 1:21PM I got a TOLL FREE CALL from 1-833-851-9040 from "Daniella." She asked me how many vials I wanted and said she would email me an invoice so I could pay. 24 Hours later I got an "invoice" from [email protected] and a link to pay through Paypal. I don't know of any medical company that accepts payments through Paypal so at that time I decided to research this company. While their website seems totally legit, now I realize a few things. They list an address on their website making it look like their company is in Wyoming, United States, but it is NOT. The address they have listed is just for a US Post Office location. They are really located in Australia and when you look at the Privacy Policy on their website, it confirms this, saying they follow the Australian Privacy Principles. I'm not sure whether I would have received any real product from them or not if I had paid. Some reviews here say they got nothing and one review said he got hot, unusable product. Even if they were to send some product, it couldn't remain refrigerated coming all the way from another country. I would be extremely hesitant to use any product from this company due to how misleading they are. I'm not sure if they are accredited or regulated or anything like that. For all we know, some random person in a basement in Australia could be getting our information and payment, and then just send out a random vial of saline or something like that. It's unfortunate how legit this looked. If they had asked for my payment by phone rather than sending me that paypal link I think I would have fell for this scam. I've tried to upload the flyer we were sent, the invoice they emailed me, a copy of the paypal link, etc but this website says it will not accept the files. Just be advised Total Compounding Pharmaceuticals is NOT in the US and probably not regulated in any way.

I purchased compounded meds claiming to be Tirzepatide from this co, I received a product from Australia. It was hot and unusable, no numbers to be able to talk with anyone. Lost $800

US-based MD sent RX to what was believed to be US-based compound pharmacy, www.totalcompoundingpharmaceuticals.com. Realized something was amiss when I began to receive shipping notifications from Australia Post. $618.99 paid via PayPal (pursuing claim at present). I did receive a product, but obviously have no intention of using, given overwhelming concerns about safety. No online reviews, nor physical address or even a phone number for this "pharmacy". I've uncovered numerous inconsistencies with this company, and believe this is an elaborate scheme to defraud consumers.

We're in the same situation, also located in KCMO. We just started our paypal claim. Have you had any luck with your refund?

- Lewisville, IN, USA

Script sent to this company posing to be an online compounding pharmacy for the popular drug Mounjaro. My MD faxed my script with my information, someone called me to confirm my order and emailed me an invoice for total cost. I paid the invoice via PayPal. I never received the product. I have emailed several times asking for shipment details. None given.
