Received letter via mail for Medicare supplement benefits addressed directly to husband. Correct name and address. All info appearing to be from Medicare indicating trying to reach husband regarding eligibility for additional benefits at ( $0 Monthly Plan Premium ). Responded to offer within 2 days of receipt of letter, “ Representative “ Kevin requested all information husband’s full Name, DOB, SS#, Medicare #, and informed he would send out letter within 7 days that husband would be enrolled with new Medicare benefits as soon as enrollment form are signed and sent back. Kevin this “Representative” was very thorough and took extended time explaining policy and savings husband would save, he provided a call back number , which he stated he would be available 24/7. Call anytime.Called after misgivings on this plan. Multiple attempts with no response or return call. Multiple contact numbers all attempts with success.
