I saw the ad in a What's App message forwarded by friends. It seemed to be legitimate at the time in March 2020. The product claimed to be an essential oil blend that helped to sanitize the home. It was presented by a woman who claimed to have used it for years and it kept her family clear of colds, flu, etc. I placed an order and expected to be charged maybe $50-60 for my order, based on what the site said the prices were. Then my credit card was charged over $220.00. Then I called my credit card company to stop the payment, but I guess it was already too late. I disputed the charge immediately with my card issuer as fraud. A few days later, the products came by mail. I returned them immediately and expected a refund. On my credit card statement, it shows up as "Distributive Plant 844-9761681 UT." The two phone numbers do not say the company's name. It's all very generic sounding and people claim to be in a call center that handles many companies' accounts. There has been no refund for the returned products. I have called both numbers to request a refund. The 844-9761681 number leaves the caller on hold for a long time. This number is on the credit card statement. I reached a person on the 844-899-2977 number today and was told they no longer have my order details because I disputed the charge, which doesn't make any sense. I suspect this number only takes orders and won't handle a refund request. It was the number given in the ad. I do not have the address or the zip code to report now.
