Type of a scam Credit Repair/Debt Relief
I am writing this letter of complaint because I believe I was almost ripped off by a company regarding the repayment of my "parent plus" loans that I owe on my 4 children's educations. The company is

1) This company contacted me using the language that led me to believe I was dealing with the US Dept. of Education, I did not contact them.
2) A phone call to the Dept. of Education and my current loan servicer (FedLoan) convinced me that I should not have to pay a fee to restructure my loan, let alone over $4500.
3) Not one of the 4 or 5 people with whom I spoke had English as their primary language. Their "Suite' address in Orlando is a UPS store.
I suspected I was being scammed by someone from outside this country, and thought the ScamPulse.com might want to know.
(PS: I spoke with people named: Roy Margis, Anna Williams, Mz. Jackson, "Sulmer" (?) and received emailed documents from Laura Horton)

Dear Laura, Roy, and Anna,
I will not be signing this agreement.
I checked with my parent plus loan servicer (FedLoan) who, for no fee, is reducing my payments to $137, with forgiveness of the balance after 10 years.
I also 'google earthed' your business address in Orlando to see that your "office" is a UPS business.
Roy, you time-limited the $29/month service fee to one year AFTER I challenged you on it, but the contract does not time limit it. I came close to paying you $4676 for a service I got for free from FedLoan.
You should be ashamed of yourselves. I will be reporting you to the Department of Education and the Florida ScamPulse.com.
