They wanted to get a hold of a person I know and said he put me down as contact person, they have all of his information, but he is busy and wanted me to contact him to have him call them. They have money for him.

Total Scammers, and I blocked them on my phone and told them to take me off their list. She was very persistent. Not today Satan!

I really did have an online payday loan and I paid it off . This comomay along with many others have been calling me about 2019 cash advance network/ supreme lending loan. I already paid this debt off to someone who lawfully validated the dwbt and provided me with their physical address, proof of them owning the debt and a validation letter by mail. Total mediation solutions said I was the scammer taking out loans and not paying them! They went on using scare tactics as if a day in court is scary. Lol. I have proof I paid the loan and they wouldn't accept it .

They are not the only BS company coming after this same money . They also refused to provide original loan amount or date ... just some random debt amount ... how do we stop these guys ?

I was contacted by Patricia Smith from Total Mediation Solutions @5 years ago. They claimed I took out a payday loan in 2017 and never paid. I laughed because I never did. After giving her some verbal abuse. I hung up. During the verbal abuse I asked for their website. To which I was told it was down. I asked for proof of loan and name of bank money was deposited in. She told me she didn’t have to tell me. Only thing I could think of was my ex-wife used my identity to get a loan. Why not? She had me co-sign for a car that she defaulted on and I had to pay. That was also in 2017. Now years have gone by with her calling monthly leaving messages. Which I would just delete. July 18th 2024 she calls again. I was bored so I figured I’d answer. That’s when she begins to tell me that they’re pressing charges against me for theft by deception. I just got off probation and no way I was gonna go back on it. So I agreed to pay. A total of $800 I paid to them. $740 principal, $60 fees. I have a copy of the payment plan and payoff letter.

This number has called me multiple times, claiming they are a mediation group for a Payday loan that I did not take out. I made the mistake of answering the call, they told me the company would be filing check fraud charges if I didn't settle the debt with them. They also called my family, attempting to reach me (including my underaged niece). I told them either send a verification of debt or never call again. They ignored my request and are continuing the harassing phone calls. I have contacted a lawyer, unfortunately without them disclosing their real name, address, etc. I was told it would be difficult to move forward. I have made it clear to them that I'm not falling for their scam, and they can go ahead and send me to court if this is legitimate. Scammers like these are the worst type of people - and I hope they read this!

pay day loan scam. got a call that I owed $620 from 2009. I don't. they had my last 4 of my social and one of my old jobs and addresses. They called my 81 yr old dad too. And my ex mother in law. Ridiculousness. Told them I was reporting them to the FCC and the BBB and that I called our local police department to file a report against them

I was contacted by Total Mediation Solutions regarding an alleged loan taken out by my son. They have been calling multiple times a day, requesting that I relay a message for my son to contact them. I asked them to remove my number from their call list, as I have never done business with them and am not responsible for my adult son's finances. The representative rudely informed me that they would continue to call until my son contacted them. I stated that I would report their conduct to the FCC and the Federal Trade Commission, to which the representative responded by reiterating they would call again before abruptly ending the call. Consequently, I have taken the time to address this matter formally.

I was contacted on May 9 by a total mediation solutions they had contacted my extended family, my children, my mother trying to get my info. They said that I had a loan for $1800 payday loan and they were willing to get it down to 800 and then it turned into 500 and, never had a payday loan ever they said once I made a payment I would be able to get the lender information and then call them and set up a dispute so I went ahead and I made a $50 payment. They sent me the creditors name it was a supreme lending with an account number. I called supreme lending Talk to them. They said their account numbers are 10 digits. This account number was not 10 digits and they only do mortgage loans and I’ve never had a mortgage loan either so at this point they are scheduled to take out $125 out of my account every other weekend and I am now going to cancel this And File charges on them or whatever I have to do to get this taken care of because they literally have called me 2030 times a day. It’s ridiculous. They’ve called my children and they’ve called my mother people that I haven’t even seen in years. They’ve been calling so I would like to

I have been receiving phone calls and emails from this company. After they couldn't reach me they started reaching out to my family members. As of yesterday my bank block them from attempting to take money and flagged them as scamming. Then I gave them a call and let Ms Diana know if she calls me or contact anyone in my family again about this I will be contacting my attorney for harassment.
Funny how all of a sudden the call, emails and voicemail have stopped.

This is a scam they can’t provide information about the company or tell me original where the loan is from. Do not give your money to these people they been doing this for 4 years.

Received a call Feb 2024 from 234-757-7649, stating I owed debt from a loan in 2019. The representative knew all my information from that time: address, bank account, social, etc. But the representative couldn't verify the name of the original lender. The company called every person in my family trying to reach me. Can't find anything but scam reviews connected to the phone numbers (234-757-7649 or 855-323-8786) and email ([email protected]) (Tony Barker-representative). When I asked why their business doesn't show up on google, stated were in the "private sector". The scam is very convincing please be watchful.
At first they almost got me.

I just received the same phone call in April 2024 and then again today. I got an email from the same email address as you but with a woman's name. I've repeatedly asked for them to verify and Validate the loan but all they can tell me it was cash advance network and they know nothing. They only receive my information after all attempts from the original company I ignored. Mind you I never got a pay day loan online and the bank account that was supposedly used on the loan I have never had an account with. The loan they claim is from 2019. They said I could be charged with theft of services but I know nothing about this loan nor did I ever receive a loan. I have never been contacted about this owed debt until April when they started threatening me. Funny how I answered the phone for them but not the original creditor. I can't find any ilegitimate nformation about Total Mediation Solutions and the people I've talked to are very unprofessional. As well the statue of limitations is up on the loan.
Where did they get my information from?

I was called by this company that I had a loan for a VIP loan shop by Nola Brown from Total mediation Solutions they would not give me any any information on what I owed or the debt I owed they kept calling and trying to get $350 out of me then once I blocked them they called my father they called my sister left voicemail messages about my so-called loan harassing my family they would not give me the address of their business or their location or their phone number they use several different phone numbers

i thought this was a scam but they had my information and everything matched up...looked at my statements and i had a payday loan that gained $2367 in fees. the person that call removed the fees and interest and got it down to the original agreement. read the fine print guys. and i know this is crazy times but these guys helped me out and 30 days later my credit score jumped up! i give these guys 5 stars

I have repeatedly told them i am not the person they are trying to reach. Their collector are in violation of so many laws it it impossible to list. A few are they do not say they are attemping to collect a debt, refuse to repeat where they are calling from and refuse to give their address.

I was called saying I owed a payday loan from Webloan and they can settle today for $550 or legal action will be taken and I had to pay $3,300 instead. I also had to sign a docusign document for the payment.
