Calling using local phone numbers beginning with the area code, the three digits of my phone number begins with then say that I am partnered or have stayed at a resort where I won a vacation or cruise. Then they ask can you hear me? When I asked to speak to somebody because you can tell it somebody on the phone they either hang up or just continue talking over you
