I guess with the fake job they scam people for they money but use the workers (us) identities to take the fall on

I worked for this company for the past 3 weeks. The company name is total cargo post llc. Since I’ve started working, I haven’t been paid a single check, I was told my first check will be paid to me 30 days after my start date, which was still pushback. I have submitted in my banking information for direct deposit on their dashboard portal and I have signed a W-4 which had my social as well as this company when I signed the contract asked that I send them a photo of my drivers license, front and back and a picture of me holding it. I am extremely concerned as this does have my Social Security. I was made aware of it being a scam was because a chain email came in where others were stating the same exact thing.

these people said they had a parcel expert position available. they said they are paying 3300 plus $40 for every pckage sent out. they needed someone to receive and reship items. they said the first payment would come within 30 days after first package is shipped out and then every 2 weeks. i thought it was real because i have been looking for a job. they asked for bank information and sent tax information
