This storage unit noticed that I was not using the storage that I was paying for, and they broke into my storage unit and installed all my clothes, all my jewelry, my Social Security card, $5000 cash, laptops, hard drives, artwork, and collectible sports memorabilia. When confronting the manager, she made it seem like it was my fault. I was using the wrong keys to my own lock when I noticed that the lock was brand new and not the one that I put on there. She told me that if I waited one more day, she could get the maintenance guy to open it up for me. She told me to call a locksmith, but when I got the locksmith to get there, she told him that he needed to leave because he wasn't authorized to be there. Even though she told me to get a locksmith, the lady is running a scam where she lets the thieves know when a store is not being used. They'll break in and break your lock, and they're at their own lock to it. The manager will play the victim and will say that the person who lost all their personal items is a threat.
