Little did I know that this business is located in Riberac France. I first saw this advertisement on either Instagram or Facebook. I visited the site to see about ordering these hands free soap dispensers. There were several to chose from and so I ordered 3 totaling $149.85. The order was placed on April 2, 2021. This site said the order would be fulfilled within the next 24-48 hours with a tracking number in 3-4 days afterwards. Almost 3 months later on (July 2, 2021) my order still hasn't be processed. The only way you can contact them is through their website in a form of messaging. There is no phone number or address, which is a RED FLAG ! I wasn't aware of this until I had to contact them. There have been 3 message attempts and all 3 responses were the same "that my order is planned in the production and is in it's final stages". I have also contacted my bank in which they are doing their own investigation. All I can say is "Buyer Beware". By it's website and appearance this business seem legit but, it is far from it at least in a professional aspect. My last attempt to contact them I requested to cancel my order and a refund. Whatever the case may be, this business is very unprofessional and possibly a fraud. They need to have their website shut down and investigated!
