Mail for this business suddenly started being sent to a residential address in West Jordan, UT in error. A google search found a website, which stated the company has been in business 15 years, and listed the aforementioned residential address as the business location. (Not true!) This business has no business license with West Jordan City, and is not registered with the State of Utah as a business entity. They are not listed anywhere else, like yelp or yellow pages. They obviously haven’t been around for 15 years. A call to the phone number provided was answered by a male who would only identify himself as “the phone boy”, employed by an “answering service” (that also had no name) whose job is to schedule an appointment for a technician. The “phone boy” doesn’t know anyone employed by the company, who owns it, or where the company is actually located. When confronted with the information that mail is being sent to an incorrect address, the “phone boy” stated it wasn’t his problem, and not to believe what you see on the internet and hung up.
