Advertised Carhartt products, received a coat made in the 70s made to wear to a disco. I paid $70 for the jacket and $15 for shipping and handling. I was offered 10% refund, that $7. Pictures of what it was supposed to be and what it is

We ordered two Retro Lining Plus Fleece Zipper Jackets and three training Colorblock Waffle Lapel Sweatshirts. We were given a three to four-day time frame for arrival. We followed up and received a shipping confirmation. We received a tracking number, and it did not look legitimate. The tracking information shows it was in JAMAICA, NY, from the fourth to the twenty-ninth. Customer services said the items were shipped directly from the factory. The website has the Carhart logo, and customer service portrays them as coming from the United States. We canceled our order. We were able to report it as a scam the link that was sent to us. We noticed that the email response is from the same account. The company said to continue to wait on the product. We insisted on a refund and to return the product. They finally gave us a return address. They want us to return the product on our dollar or the company can do a partial repayment. The final email with information is from the company. I have attached a picture of what they say you will receive versus what it received. As of today, we have yet to receive the three training waffle shirts. They did get full payment from our credit card. We are disputing the charges with the credit card company as well.

I purchased the jacket online from on October 26. I was charged $84.85. It took 25 days to get my jacket. When it arrived it looked nothing like the picture. It definitely is not a Carharrt even though the logo is on the product. The product is cheaply made and looks terrible. I request a refund and they told me it would cost me a lot of money to return it, but they would give me a 10% of the price I paid for the jacket. I have included a photo below of the product. I would like a full refund of my money
