I ordered a Carhartt jacket I saw on Facebook. I went to the website, toughguystyles.com. Everything looked legitimate. Received a jacket 3 weeks later that was not what I ordered and from a company called JANE. The jacket was clearly not a Carhartt jacket. Emailed through toughguy site for a refund and have gotten nothing but the run around. Ive been told to keep the jacket ( after sending a picture of it) that it looks nice, that it would take months to ship back and a hundred dollars. Now they are offering a percentage back for my troubles! Im just so angry that people can do this!
