I purchased TWO 72 hour bus passes for $99 a couple weeks ago before arriving to New York City in order to enjoy the town and be able to hop on and hop off the bus and see the city. I also reserved the Liberty Cruise, Tour of Brooklyn AND 10:00pm seats for tonight's entertaining bus tour of the city at night. We did not ride the bus even ONE time. The buses were NEVER available or where they said they were supposed to be. The only thing we were able to do was the Liberty cruise yesterday on the 15th at 5:00PM. We had reserved a 9:30am tour of Brooklyn and even though it was raining, my son and I got out of bed early on vacation and got ourselves all the way to the location of pick up only for it to not be available- which was very disappointing. Then tonight, we arrived at 9:45pm for our RESERVED time slots and seats for the tour, only to find a line of people wrapped around two city blocks and was told it would take over 90-120 minutes to get onto our bus tour. This is HORRIBLE service and this has impacted our vacation so negatively as I spent over $200 for these experiences. Why do you have reservations if they will only be overbooked? Then just say they are first come...

We planned our entire day around the reservations we had booked and neither of these tours were even possible. It is outrageous!! I want my money back immediately for this waste of two tickets. You will see that the only time our passes were scanned was to board the rusted and broke down ferry boat to the Statue of Liberty.
