2 weeks later, I called to follow up about the reservation. He stated that they were switching systems and must refund everyone money in 2-3 days. He told me, “wait to call back to reserve again when refunded”. I did do that. The refund was for 15 girls at the time. It equaled to $1935. We talked via text so I could give him the details about our reservation. He offered to give us a free tour, $50 off our meal and uber service for the inconvenience and our “service”. He took my detailed information down. He requested the payment through VENMO FOR $1,806. He added in the detailed information. I did send the money. I believed I was good to go. I was in contact with him 2 more times, via email, before our arrival time which was 5/21/21. We emailed a couple of times about pick up times and a change to the amount of people attending. I booked for 14 people, but 1 lady could not make it so there were 13 people. He confirmed it would be between 9:30a- 9:45am depending on traffic and that they could not refund for that person.
On 5/21/21,
HE NEVER CAME TO PICK UP US
HE NEVER ANSWERED MY PHONE
I had someone call from a different number and he picked up.
He told my friend that the bus got into an accident, and they can’t come.
He stated he would refund out money, and not to call every day.
NEVER HEARD FROM HIM AGAIN!!
TOOK OUR MONEY, LIED, AND IGNORED ME!
$1,806 GONE! SCAM, SCAM, SCAM!!!
There is an Instagram page and Facebook page available. They obviously still post. They just posted today, yet they rejected my calls! The page name is the same name of the company. Tour NOW Miami.

So we went ahead and purchased them. The next day we went to the location they told us but no one was there to meet us. My friend called and called the number that was given to him. Still no response. He even asked one guy who was working on a boat if he ever heard of the company.
Well of course he said no. My other friend called the police and they finally came. They just asked questions then let us take a pic. of the ticket paper. I called my bank and reported it then got a new card. I got my money back too thank God. Anywho, beware of this fraud so called "company."
