This company, TourandTate.com, promotes “free” boxers as part of a marketing offer, but after you place an order, nothing is ever delivered (it’s been over a month in our case). The worst part is that they automatically generate a new order the following month for a higher amount. The same thing happens again after two months, but with an even larger charge, totaling $89.52.

When we tried to cancel the order or subscription, there was no option to do so. There’s no response from customer support at [email protected], no way to contact them, and when we click “manage subscription,” it says the email ID is disabled. Essentially, they keep adding more items to each order, never deliver anything, provide no way to cancel, offer no customer support, and don’t allow removal of the saved credit card details from the website.

I also noticed hundreds of one-star reviews on Trustpilot from other customers reporting similar scam experiences.
