Just like the previous comment, they called offering a ink cartridge as a promotion for their business, after I have received it I received a call maybe a few days after asking about to which I explained I had used it as yet but I consider it to be the same as all the other inks we buys, any he mentioned that he would be sending us a $25 gift card which is part of the promotion that is still going on along with a catalog and pricing, still waiting on that catalog however they sent us Three (3) inks accompanied by an invoice for $708.96...that was a weekend so I called the Monday to find out this was all about, explained to them no orders were made and we do not make purchases for office supplies over the phone I let him know this invoice will not be paid and to set up a return for all 4 items, he explained that the one received before is complimentary and he will send a return label for the rest, I am still yet to receive any such labels, its have been here for more than 2 months still no label I tried calling back multiple times but no response when calling from the business' phone but they pick calls from personal phones.

I still have the items but they do not seem to want to take a call from my property anymore.

This person asked if we would like a free toner to try out their product since it was a direct order company, I said sure only AFTER asking multiple times if it was truly free. I was reassured it was, if we liked their product I could order from there. Toner prices were below market value. I got free said toner, it didnt work. Was printing blank pages. I let their rep know it wasnt working and they said "You know how those Chinese products are. Let me swap it for a different brand." I politely declined and stated i would send this back. Well, they delivered me a box of 4 toners and a bill for $678.95. All of which I never wanted NOR ordered. After I called back and stated I was not paying for a product I did not order, they said "How about a $20 discount on each one." No, I want to send these back. Well, they then sent me another invoice with the "discount" for $319.98. I had to chase these people down to get them to send me a return label for the unordered toners. Well, after almost a year going back and forth. They finally sent me a invoice for $0.00. I've never had to jump thru more hoops or tell anyone "NO" more than I did this company. When I kept declining their offers, they would transfer me to someone else to try and sweeten the deal. This company is horrible. I cant imagine how many corporations they are scamming.

I received a phone call regarding toner, I explained that we only order from our authorized vendors. And that we have a contract with the vendor so they provide free toner. The person started naming off printers we showed on record. I explained again that we didn't need anything, they offered a 25.00 gift card, and a free toner. I declined and told them to have a nice day. We never received any goods. But then we started to receive invoices for this alleged toner they sent. We've responded numerous times phone/email/fax but to no avail. They've continued to send "pass due" invoices now. As of today, 2/25/25 I just responded to an email sent by one of their employees. I stated the facts, and that we believe this to be a scam.

They originally called trying to gain our business and sent us a free ink cartridge to try. The scammer continued to call asking if we were interested in purchasing any products. I let them know that we had not tried the free ink cartridge so I could not place an order. I asked them to please send me a catalog so I could compare pricing and products offered. The sales person asked me where we were purchasing ink cartridges from and asked at what current price. He said if they matched the price would I take them and I said I was not interested at this time. He then said they were sending a gift card inside the catalog and told me not to throw the catalog away as the gift card would be in there. We received an envelope with a blank page and a $25 gift card. 2 weeks later we received a box of ink cartridges we never ordered. No pack list inside. 2 weeks after, we received an invoice for the ink cartridges we never ordered for over $500. We then contacted the company and requested a return label as we had not placed an order. We sent back all ink cartridges. Now the sales person is saying the gift card was a rebate card and demanding payment. This company is a scam. They tell you one thing on the phone and then make up stories and bill you for stuff that say they were placed "verbally" on the phone. I've never heard of company sending a rebate "gift card". Normally for a rebate you would need to make a payment and submit the rebate.

One of our locations received an unsolicited delivery of HP ink cartridges. Approximately one month later, our finance department received an invoice for payment of $635, along with proof of delivery, and a credit card authorization form.

They called and offered to send us a "free" toner cartridge. They stated that we would like their product so much that we would make future purchases from them. Months later, they then sent three additional toner cartridges which we never asked for along with an invoice for $444.96. They then contacted us by email and phone insisting we "ordered a buy 3 get 1 free", which we've denied repeatedly. We have offered to return the cartridges if they provide a shipping label but they've insisted we pay for return shipping. This scam is well advertised all over the internet.
