Type of a scam Rental
I've mailed 2 checks to the P.O. box in the last 7 months. The first check which was sent USPS 2 day mail over a month ago, she never checked the P.O. box for.
When she called and said that I was delinquent, I asked her if she rmnever received the check and she said that she never checked the P.O. box.
The second check which was mailed this month via USPS 2 day mail.
According to Janice, via a text message that I received this morning, she claims she hasn't received either of the checks that I've sent. She is now demanding I send ANOTHER $400, or she claims she will go to the D.A. to take legal action.
Being that she is not an actual accredited or registered business of any kind, and being that I haven't received any kind of notification from my bank about either check being returned or denied, I have no other choice but to believe this woman is trying to scam me out of even more money. This is absolutely ridiculous.
