Someone shared a screenshot of a job listed for the town of big stone gap for a customer service represenative. Fully remote. You were supposed to text the number listed asking for Garver Johnson and referencing the position. They asked for name, email address, and physcial address. They sent an email where you were then supposed to set up an account to interview virtually. There was a pdf job description attachment as well on letterhead matching the correct address for the town of big stone gap. They listed Gary Johnson in that email (mayor) as well as Nancy Bailey the vice mayor, who the email was supposed to be from. The email address looked legitimate but did not match nancy bailey from the town of big stone gap's website. I forwarded the original email to her at that email address to confirm but never heard back (over a week). The person texted semi reguarly but with poor grammar. The graphics and logos were poor quality but matched the town's website.
