I placed an order on March 11, 2017, and have not received an email updating me in my order like a tracking number or anything. I started to read on Facebook that they don't receive their products at all and receive a email that they have shipped when they have not. I also think they are quite unprofessional that they have a customer service like this and I have emailed them multiple times and have not replied ever to assure me that they are working on it or anything. Please help not just me, but any other customers who have placed an order and have been scammed.
