Just like all the other reports, this is 100% an employment scam. When you call them out on it they block you. If you go along with everything til the end, they will send you a task to complete on your first day. They don’t ask for any personal information til after your first day “of employment”. Once you complete your first day they send you an i9 form and direct deposit to fill out even though it’s a “1099 position”. Their end game is to steal your ID, social security number, birth certificate info, and bank account.

I was advised to send resume to [email protected] for a "Realtor Assistant" position. The actual position I applied for was "Remote Chat Support". I contacted through email to sign and return employment agreement and confidentially agreement. In which I did. I received a phone interview about 1 day later and was advised that they would let me know if I was selected to take part in their 2 week training program. The HR manager name is Lisa Sallow. She informed that I was selected for the training program. She sent another email informing that I would have to wait for security dept teams approval, which could take a couple days. Its turns out that same day I was accepted to start training. I was also sent an employee handbook with another agreement that I had to sign and return. I have done a lot of research and nothing adds up. She also stated that I could contact her through WhatsApp (which I thought was pretty weird). I then, emailed her back informing I didn't have WhatsApp. She then provided an alternative number 305-260-6146. She had thick accent so she may not be from the states. So far I've only provided name, address, email, and telephone number. Also gave them my drivers license

I applied for a customer service position on Indeed for the company Townscape Realty. I was emailed from [email protected] by someone using the name Lisa Sallow. I did not answer their call, in fact I reported this before they even called (approx. 12pm Est), thanks to the previous report I found while researching the company. I was sent an application to fill out via email as well. It required me to fill in the spaces like a pdf document. I did provide home address, phone number, and work history. They also told me they were having issues with their phone line and requested that I save a new number to my phone. 305-260-6146

This was a job posting on Indeed under a different company name but I was advised to email my resume to the hiring manager. I emailed the manager my resume and then was called two days later for a phone interview giving details about the job and compensation. Inwqs told by the end of the day I would be told if I could start training for 2 weeks but will need my own equipment.I was sent documents and everything. I was doing some exhaustive research and stuff is not adding up.
