I applied for Townscape Realty on indeed and did an over the phone interview with someone who supposed to be “Lisa Sallow”(foreign accent) I was waiting to be approved for the two week PAID training which I was later approved for. I went through this training for the full two weeks—I was required to fill out the I-9 form, send my bank acct/routing number, and a selfie of myself holding my ID which being unaware of everything I did what was required—I also filled out employee forms via email and kept contact with “Lisa Sallow” via email and WhatsApp— I was given a second number (305)260-6146…after my two weeks was up and it was time for me to receive $2,000 I could get in contact with no one..so I did research and found everything I needed to find… there’s was a Facebook page with the “companies name” and a number from India I called and was blocked after I mention Townscape Realty!! I was also blocked on WhatsApp!! But they have important information of mine and I don’t what to do I was counting on that to pay my bills off but!! Lesson learned

Lisa Sallow conducted a phone interview, they said I was selected to participate in the 2 week training, I worked for 1 week before I received message from “Lisa Sallow” this via WhatsApp:Next step is very important in the learning process. Before signing all final paper-work for the property most of the time we need to provide a deposit for it. In order to work with the seller, they require part of the future payment. You'll act like our Financial Agent. We'll work with this task on Monday.

Your actions - Our client wants to buy a house in Hollywood, and we provide it. We already have an option for him. Before the client fully concludes an agreement with us, we need to make a cash deposit on the corporate account to reserve the property. Our Financial Department will send you funds through external transfer. Then you'll deposit the money to Brokers account, and you will receive a 5% commission from this transaction. In the future, you will use the company's corporate account, we will give you an access at the end of the first month. You will use your account only during your training course. This is a very important stage of learning, since a real estate transaction is one of really important part. After the end of the transaction, you will fill out report form and send it to me. I will always be in touch with you and we will do everything step by step according to the instructions.

I was advised to send resume to [email protected] for a "Realtor Assistant" position. The actual position I applied for was "Remote Chat Support". I contacted through email to sign and return employment agreement and confidentially agreement. In which I did. I received a phone interview about 1 day later and was advised that they would let me know if I was selected to take part in their 2 week training program. The HR manager name is Lisa Sallow. She informed that I was selected for the training program. She sent another email informing that I would have to wait for security dept teams approval, which could take a couple days. Its turns out that same day I was accepted to start training. I was also sent an employee handbook with another agreement that I had to sign and return. I have done a lot of research and nothing adds up. She also stated that I could contact her through WhatsApp (which I thought was pretty weird). I then, emailed her back informing I didn't have WhatsApp. She then provided an alternative number 305-260-6146. She had thick accent so she may not be from the states. So far I've only provided name, address, email, and telephone number.
