On 12/18/2023 I ordered a doll from this retailer for my daughter with expedited shipping costing 62.47. This order did not come within the time frame paid for so I contacted the company via email as directed on their website. I reached out to the company on 1/7/24 to inform them my order was never received. At that time I requested confirmation of cancellation. The company replied on 1/9/24 stating the order had been cancelled 1/9/24 and it would take 7-10 business days for the refund of 62.47 to be applied. It is now 2/12/24 and I have not received a refund or any follow up communication. I have called and emailed several times advising them my refund was not received with no reply. I also contacted Zip twice to be sure funds were not received which they confirmed on both occasions. The company is no longer responsive to inquires. I would like to see this company stopped from scamming customers out of money.

I was looking for a specific Funko Pop for my nephew for Christmas and googled it. TOY PLACE came up under Google Shopping so I ordered from their website using my credit card. I placed the order on November 23, 2023. I did not receive the item I ordered so I emailed their support and received a reply on December 26, 2023 saying they are still waiting to receive the inventory and will send a tracking number once the item has shipped. Today is January 25, 2024 and I still have not received a tracking number nor the item. In the meantime, my credit card was flagged for fraudulent charges and I had to resolve it with my credit card company. This website needs to be taken off of Google search and especially needs to be taken down.

I ordered 4 Lisa Frank products (3 purses, 1 wallet) in February 2023. The product page said the release date was the following week. I checked it the next week & the date changed again to the following week after that. I checked it for weeks & it kept doing the same thing. I contacted customer service via email & a different person answered every time. I even spoke to a woman on the phone who denied it was a scam & said the shipment just hasn’t arrived yet. I called the mall where the store is physically located & the owner said he doesn’t have an online store. The scammers kept replying to my emails & said they’d refund me. Then they said they sent the refund but I never got anything. My order on the website still says “unfulfilled.” I spent $280 & I’m furious that I can’t get it back. I want to file a police report. I just contacted GoDaddy.com who is the host of their website & let them know.
