I ordered 12" hair and incorrectly received 10". I emailed the organization stating my claim they assured me that they would send the correct item. I asked for tracking and they said they were working on it. I have yet to receive any word from them. I reached out via email again and I hear nothing back. The incorrect item is seal ready to be shipped back today. I want yo sever ties with this company. My desire is a refund. I will fight the charges and I have all evidence (screenshots, pictures, emails) to support my claim
