I preordered a bacpack last Feb.2023 for $75. They kept moving the release date. I finally tried getting a refund through the phone # which they said I needed to email customer service which I have 10 times. At one time a "Diane" stated I was refunded at the beginning of Oct. I sent my bank statement showing them I never received my refund. This has been going on for months. I just want my $ back.
